Did the hike up to the war memorial just after Christmas, it was great to walk straight into a classy cafe for a cup of coffee before the walk back down. Really nice place

Easy, interesting drive for a great view and pleasant light meal. Tearoom with a variety of seating settings inside and on the veranda. Surprisingly good selection of light meals and snacks. Prices okay. Staff friendly and thoughtfully attentive to customers. Meals are served quickly. Restrooms could be better. Pleasant short walks and some longer ones too. Parking is a breeze. Great wildflowers.
