Such a let down for lunch at a hotel that used to have great customer service.Ordered 5 main meals and entrees, 2 mains made an appearance after 40 minutes wait, followed by entrees.3 remaining mains came out after another 50 minute wait.When I complained to the manager, he had an attitude and said he told us there would be a 2 hr wait for our food.I said no you never told us that, he again said NO I did..Absolutely horrified at his attitude and so were the people waiting behind me in line.He then said if your done I have customers waiting to be served...Will not be returning and will no longer be recommending this establishment.!!Have never come across such attitude and an argumentative manager before..Also sat outside and tables could use a good scrub with soap and water.
Average parma for the price with poor quality ham. Wouldn't go out of your way to try. Pizzas were good with quality base and great beer selection although again hefty price tags
Great pub, so much selection, such great food. Friendly staff who charged my phone for me behind the bar when I was there at a bucks party, so great. Wish I lived closer to this pub I'd be a regular.
One of the best regional pubs in Victoria. Lots of room to sit out the front on the deck and plenty more room out the back in the Beer garden. Dog friendly too which is always a bonus. Have a large selection of tap beer, although the fridge always seems to be empty. Only does pizza in the afternoon, contrary to what the menu says. Pizza was tasty though. Inside is a bit dated, but still nice.
If you are after a good meal then don't bother eating at this venue. Much better options around. Food was tasteless and bland. When I made a complaint I felt like I was just being brushed aside. I will never spend a cent here again.
